Previously published cycle crash/traffic injury data
Dear Transport Department,
I would like to get access to the cycle crash/traffic injury data used in this PLOS paper:

The paper states 'Access to the data can be obtained, subject to compliance with the terms of service, by signing an agreement with the Hong Kong Transport Department."
So please let me know how to access this.
